About Me
Hello.
My name is John Moore. For the past 12 years I have developed “user interfaces” for the web. I have been a consultant for very large financial firms, and have also worked in the airline, medical, and publishing industries. I am currently working on some ”Rich Internet Applications” (RIAs) for a big financial company.
I have a degree in Mass Communication, and have recently completed my MBA focused on marketing. My background spans technology, design, and management - and I am happy when my work has me straddle all three.
I have a 3rd dan (3rd degree black belt) in Ketsugo Jujutsu - which make me a bad motha… shut your mouth. I have earned a menkyo (teaching certificate). However, I’m a lover, not a fighter.
I’m a married man (sorry ladies), and father of two beautiful and smart (identical) twin girls. I have zero spare time, which I’m OK with - I love to be busy. I reside in the Boston area, with which I have a love-hate relationship. Love the culture, food, and public transportation. Hate the traffic, rudeness, and public transportation.
